any idea when we can see support in the library for this?

(I hear the device will be available to the public on 8th June in the US)

As soon as I get one I'll start working on it but I have no idea how long it will take to get working.

I have.  My findings (and others) are posted here:

http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Wiimote/Extension_Controllers#Wii_Motion_Plus

So far, not a ton of progress...it behaves differently than every other extension controller.

Hi just to let people know there has been a major update over at the wiibrew link, detailed by Brian. The page now includes info on the WMP data format, hardware and more.

Gosh those guys are quick!

Just a bump since I'm interested in this as well.

I'm attempting to acquire the positions of the accelerometers for different poses, adding the motion plus would be extremely helpful for more precision I think.

Edit/ NM, I just found the beta version. Cheers!

Don't suppose anyone made it possible to use this plug-in device with LabVIEW by any chance?
